Lubricating the stripping grade
adjustment wheel
►
Make sure that the machine is switched off.
►
Remove the power plug.
Detach the housing:
►
Open the front flap.
►
Remove all housing screws that are not
provided with locking paint (red).
►
Remove the earthing wire that connects the
housing with the flat plug distributor by
pulling it out of the distributor.

Place the machine on its left side.

►
Spray Teflon spray in the gap (1) between
adjustment wheel and cover.
►
Turn the adjustment wheel with the Allen key
until end-to-end lubrication can be detected.

Lubricate the spherical pressure pieces (2)
with the Teflon spray.
►
Spray the Teflon spray under the screw
head (3) without releasing the screw.

Put the earthing wire back on the
flat plug distributor when installing
the housing.

Assembly in reverse order.
