Replacing sleeve-cutting blades

CAUTION
Risk of injury posed by sharp
blades!
►
Use forceps to change the
blades.
►
Dispose of the removed blades
in a separate container.
►
Switch the machine off.
►
Open the front flap (Figure 3.1, 3).
►
Press the transport bolt upwards (3).
►
Remove the wire-end ferrule belt.
►
Release the screw (1) with a size 4 Allen
key.
►
Remove the transport unit (2) in an upwards
direction.

Use a 2.5 size Allen key to remove both
screws (4).
►
Remove the isolating blade cover (5).
►
Note the installation position of the
sleeve-cutting blade.
►
Replace the sleeve-cutting blade (6) with a
new one.
►
Installation in reverse order.
►
Make sure the top edge lies flush when
installing the transport unit.
