6.Press START/STOP keys to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to main
menu.
PROGRAM
1. Press P1~P12 button select workout program or press UP & DOWN to choose
P01, P02, P03, ...P12, and press MODE to enter.
3. Press START/STOP key to start workout. During workout, user can also adjust
load level by pressing UP and DOWN button. Load level display in WATT window,
without adjusting for 3 seconds, it will switch to display WATT.
3. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to main
menu.
User Program
1.Press UP or DOWN to select User program and press MODE to enter.
2.Press UP or DOWN to create user profile. There are total 20 columns, user can
adjust each column load level by using UP & DOWN button. Hold on MODE 2s to
finish or quit during setting.
3.Press START/STOP key to start or to pause workout.
4.Press RESET to reverse to main menu.
H.R.C.
1. In PULSE window, user pulse value will be display (calculated based on AGE).
2. Press UP or Down to select 55%,75%,90% or TAG (TARGET H.R., default: 100).
When select TAG, press joggle wheel to set value 30~230.
***HRC program contains four modes:
A. 55%-the DIET PROGRAM (window displays "H.R.C. 55")
B. 75% – HEALTH PROGRAM (window displays "H.R.C. 75")
C. 90%- the SPORTS PROGRAM (window displays "H.R.C. 90")
D. TARGET- SELF SET TARGET PULSE (window displays "H.R.C. TAG")
4. When user enters his or her age, console automatically calculated its TARGET
PULSE.
5. Press START/STOP key to start or stop workout. Press RESET to reverse to
main menu.
