POWER-ON
Plug in power supply (or hold RESET key for 2s), computer will power on and
display all segments on LCD for 2 seconds (Figure 1). Then display preset wheel
diameter in SPEED window and "E" in TIME window for 1 second (Figure 2).

User data setting
Entering into User data setting. Press UP or DOWN to select U1~U4 (Figure 3), then
set SEX, AGE, HEIGHT,WEIGHT (Figure 4~7) and confirm by MODE button. When
finishing user data profile, console come to workout page (Figure 8).
