Left and right top handlebar tube (36 & 47) are marked with "L" and "R". Inset left
top handlebar tube (36) to the left top handlebar tube (26), tighten with 2 sets of
hollow carriage nut (34) and allen bolt (35). Repeat for right top handlebar (47).
