hand tight
Montieren Sie den Bremszylinder und Fersenschutz. Schritte a- e in Bild 10 !
-a: Handfeste Montage der oberen Schraube während die unteren Bohrungen und das Gewinde im
Bremszylinder deckungsgleich (konzentrisch) sind!
-b:Montage des Fersenschutz CAR06-R 6,5-8,5-40 auf das originale Blech. Nur Beidrehen der Schraube,
nicht Festziehen!
-c: Einschieben der Unterlegscheibe ULS-6,4 zwischen Rastenanlage und Fersenschutz. (ULS
konzentrisch zum M6er Gewindebohrung der Anlage!)
-d: Einschrauben und folgendes Festziehen der Schraube M6x10-7380. (Durch den Fersenschutz und die
U- Scheibe!)
Anzugsdrehmoment: 10 Nm
-e:Anziehen der beiden Schrauben M8x30-7380!
Anzugsdrehmoment: 20 Nm
Install the master cylinder and the heel guard by doing the steps a- e of picture 10!
-a: Install the upper bolt hand tight while the lower borehole and the master cylinder`s inside thread are
congruent (concentric)!
-b: Install the heel guard CAR06-R 6,5-8,5-40 onto the original holder. Screw the the bolt head on the heel
guard. Don`t tighten!
-c: Fit the washer ULS-6,4 between the rearset and heelguard. (Washer concentric with the inside thread
of the rearset!)
-d: Screw in the bolt M6x10-7380. (Throught the heel guard and washer!) Then tighten the bolt.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm
-e: Tighten the bolts M8x30-7380!
Tightening torque: 20 Nm
