-Original Rastenanlage mit Schalthebel und
Quickshifter demontieren(QN1).
-OEM Kugelgelenkkopf am Schaltarm ausbauen.
Left hand side:
-Remove original footrest system with gear lever
and quickshifter (QN1).
-Remove OEM uni-ball from gear arm.
-Kabel von Quickshifter über Schaltwelle von
Getriebe verlegen(QN2).
-Quickshifter hierzu durch Bohrung im Rahmen
führen.
-Reroute the quickshifter wire to above gearbox
shaft, as shown on picture (QN2).
-You can pass the quickshifter through the hole in
the frame.
-Kugelgelenkkopf GAKFR6 vorne an Quickshifter
ganz einschrauben, zur Kabelführung ausrichten
(leicht nach außen versetzt) und kontern.
-Kugelgelenkkopf GIKFR6 hinten an Quickshifter
ganz einschrauben, zur Kabelführung ausrichten
und mit OEM Mutter kontern.
-Beide Gelenkköpfe befinden sich in einer Linie,
der Kabelanschluß in einem leichten Versatz
nach außen(QN3).
-Fit uni-ball GAKFR6 onto the front of the
quickshifter (wire exit side) and screw all the way
in. Line the uni-ball up with the quick shifter wire
allowing a small offset to the outside and secure
with lock nut.
-Fit uni-ball GIKFR6 onto back of the quickshifter
and screw all the way on. Line the uni-ball up
with the quick shifter wire allowing a small offset
to the outside and secure with lock nut.
-Both uni balls are in line, and the cable run has
small offset to the outside (QN3).
-Vorderen Gelenkkopf mit Schraube M6x30-7380
an der Innenseite der Umlenkung USU01
anschrauben(QN4).
Anzugsdrehmoment: 10 Nm
-Fit front uni-ball with bolt M6x30-7380 onto the
inside of the linkage USU01 (QN4).
Tightening torque: 10 Nm
