Activate hand spray gun until device is
pressure-less.
Open the device hood.
Raise the front cover to the front edge.
Tilt the cover support (a) up and support
ends by inserting in into the mounting
plate (b) securing it from slipping.
Close device hood
Danger
Danger of crushing! When closing the cover
place your hands in such a way that they
are not crushed between the from cover
and the lower part of the casing.
Hold the cover support.
Gently raise the front cover.
Tilt the cover support down and remove.
Tilt the front cover down.
Detergent dosing
– Detergent will be drawn in at the suction
sight directly by the high-pressure pump
via an external detergent tank.
– The detergent flow is adjusted in the de-
tergent dispensing valve in the installa-
tion. The adjusted value corresponds to
the percentage of detergent in the jet
spray.
Note
To ventilate the detergent suction inlet, set
the dispensing valve to position 4. For fast-
er ventilation, if necessary quickly press the
suction pipe on the swimmer tank and the
running pump together.
The following diagrams indicate the drawn
in quantity of detergent for the position of
the dispensing valve.

Shutting down

Turn the emergency-stop switch to "0".
Shut off water supply.
Activate hand spray gun until device is
pressure-less.
Secure the hand spray gun using the
safety catch so that it doesn't open acci-
dentally.

Shutdown

For longer work breaks or if a frost free stor-
age is not possible:
Drain water.
Flush device with anti-freeze agent.
Frost protection
The machine should be stored in frost-free
rooms. In case there is frosting risk, for e.g.
if the machine is installed in open areas,
then the machine must first be emptied and
flushed using an anti-freezing agent.
Drain water
Screw off water supply hose and high
pressure hose.
Operate device for max. 1 minute until
the pump and conduits are empty.
Flush device with anti-freeze agent
Note
Observe handling instructions of the anti-
freeze agent manufacturer.
Fill in normal anti-frost agents in the
swimmer tank right until the top.
Place the collection trough unter the
high pressure exit.
Turn on the equipment and let it run until
the equipment is completely rinsed.
A certain corrosion protection is achieved
with this as well.

Maintenance and care

Danger
Risk of injury! The emergency-stop switch
is to be switched off while carrying out any
repairs or maintenance jobs.
Danger
Risk of injury on account of the emanating
water jet that could be hot!
Danger
Risk of accident while working on the unit!
During all tasks:
– Close locking tap of fresh water.
– Let the hot parts of the plant cool down.
– Depressurise the plant by opening all
hand-spray guns.
The bases of a safe operating of the equip-
ment is thr regularly maintenance accord-
ing to the following maintenance plan.
Use exclusively original parts of the manu-
facturer or those parts recommended by
him like
– replacement and wear parts
– Accessory parts
– Fuel
– Detergent
