Operation
DANGER
Flammable fluids
Risk of explosion
Do not spray inflammable liquids.
DANGER
Operation without spray lance
Risk of injury
Never operate the device without the spray lance in-
stalled.
Before each use, check that the spray lance is firmly
seated. The screw connection of the spray lance must
be tightened hand tight.
DANGER
High-pressure water stream
Risk of injury
Never fasten the trigger in the actuated position.
Before doing any work on the device, secure the high-
pressure gun by folding out the safety lever and engag-
ing it.
Hold the high-pressure gun and spray lance with both
hands.
ATTENTION
Operation with an empty fuel tank
Destruction of the fuel pump
Never operate the device with an empty fuel tank.
Changing nozzles
1. Switch off the device and operate the high-pressure
gun until the device is depressurized.
2. Secure the high-pressure gun by folding out the
locking catch and engaging it.
3. Change the nozzle.
Switching on the device
DANGER
Hot water
Risk of scalding
Avoid contact with hot water.
DANGER
Non-compliance with the safety instructions
Risk of injury and damage
Follow the safety instructions of the manufacturer of the
cold water high-pressure cleaner.
DANGER
Bacterially contaminated water
Health risk
After a longer interruption of operation of several days,
the water in the continuous flow boiler may contain
germs. Therefore, when in use in the food industry,
spray the stale water into the drain first for a few sec-
onds.
1. Set the power switch of the hot water generator to
the "1/ON" position.
2. Switch on the cold water high-pressure cleaner in
accordance with the manufacturer's operating in-
structions. When the amount of water flowing
through is sufficient, the burner will start automati-
cally.
3. Unlock the high-pressure gun by folding in the safe-
ty catch and engaging it. When the high-pressure
gun is actuated, the cold water high-pressure clean-
er switches on.

Note
Always initially direct the high-pressure jet at the object
to be cleaned from a distance to avoid damage due to
excessive pressure.
1. Perform cleaning.
Switching off the device
DANGER
Hot water hazard
Risk of scalding
After operation with hot water, the device must be oper-
ated with an opened gun with cold water for at least 2
minutes.
1. Set the power switch of the hot water generator to
the "0/OFF" position.
2. Operate the device with cold water for at least 2 min-
utes with the gun open.
3. Close the water inlet.
4. Switch off the cold water pressure washer in accord-
ance with the manufacturer's operating instructions.
5. Operate the high-pressure gun until the cold water
high-pressure cleaner and the hot water generator
are depressurised.
6. Secure the high-pressure gun by folding out the
locking catch and engaging it.
7. Remove the high-pressure hose from the high-pres-
sure input.
8. Only pull the mains plug out of the socket only when
your hands are dry.
Storing the device
Note
Do not kink the high-pressure hose or the electrical line.
1. Insert the high-pressure gun in the support on the
frame together with the spray lance.
2. Roll up the high-pressure hose and the electrical
line and hang them on the supports.
ATTENTION
Frost hazard
Destruction of the device through freezing water
Store the device that has not been completely drained
of water in a frost-free place.
1. Shut down the device if frost-free storage is not pos-
sible.
For longer breaks in operation or when frost-free stor-
age is not possible:
1. Drain the water.
2. Flush the device with antifreeze.
1. Unscrew the high-pressure hoses from the high-
pressure input and high-pressure outlet.
Flushing device with antifreeze
Note
Observe the handling instructions of the anti-freeze
manufacturer.
1. Flush the cold water high-pressure cleaner and the
hot water generator (burner off) fully with a commer-
cial antifreeze.
This also provides a certain degree of corrosion protec-
tion.
