lassenen Ersatzteilen und Zubehör ausgestattet werden.
Bei Verwendung anderer Teile, erlischt die Garantie. Für
daraus folgende Schäden übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an ihre Fachwerkstatt.
Universalkupplung
Mit der Universalkupplung kann das Lepus in Verbindung mit
einem zweiten Lepus als Tandem genutzt werden. Sie können
aber auch einen Anhänger mit einer geraden Deichsel mit
Weberkupplung, einen BOB-Nachläufer oder einen Mono-
porter anschließen. Im Bild rechts finden Sie alle Teile, die im
Bausatz und als Bestandteile des Anhängers vorhanden sind. Je
nach Anwendung werden jedoch nicht alle benötigt.
Nachrüstblech Universalkupplung montieren
1. Biegen Sie die beiden Rohrschellen (1) auf und legen Sie
diese um das linke und rechte Achsrohr. Die Gewinde der
Rohrschellen müssen unten liegen.
2. Führen Sie die Schlauchschelle (2) durch das Langloch im
Blech (3) und um den Rohrbügel herum. Ziehen Sie die
Schraube an der Schlauchschelle so an, dass das Blech
in Richtung des Rahmens wandert, jedoch noch immer
beweglich ist.
3. Legen Sie nun das Blech (3) zwischen die beiden
Rohrschellen, mit jeweils einer Unterlegscheibe (4)
zwischen Blech und Gewindeseite der Rohrschelle.
4. Schrauben Sie die beiden M6x25 Innensechskantschrauben
(5) mit Unterlegscheibe von oben in die Schellen.
5. Ziehen Sie anschliessend die Schlauchschelle mit 23 Nm
und die beiden Schrauben (5) mit einem Innensechs-
kantschlüssel 5 mm mit 9 Nm an.
Achtung!
Die Universalkupplung darf nur mit demontierter Lade-
fläche genutzt werden.

Installing accessories
Caution!
Use only the replacement parts and accessories recom-
mended by HASE for the Lepus. If other parts are used,
the warranty will lose its validity. HASE is not liable for
any resulting damage. Consult your bike shop for more
information.
Universal coupling
With the universal coupling, the Lepus can be used in com-
bination with a second Lepus as a tandem trike. You can also
attach a BOB trailer, a Weber Monoporter, or a trailer with
a straight drawbar and a Weber coupling. The picture on
the right shows all parts included in the coupling assembly.
However, depending on the application, not all parts will be
required.
Installing the universal coupling adapter
1. Bend both clamps (1) and place it on the left and right
axle tube. The threads of the clamps must be down.
2. Put the hose clip (2) through the slot on top of the plate
(3) and around the tube bar. Tighten the screw on the
hose clip so that the adapter sheet moves in the direction
of the frame, but is still movable.
3. Place the adapter (3) between the both clamps, each with
a washer (4) between the adapter and the threaded pipe
clamp.
4. Screw the M6x25 Allen bolts (5) with a washer in the
clamp.
5. Tighten the hose clip with a torque of 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs)
and the Allen bolts (5) by using an Allen key 5mm with a
torque of 9 Nm (6.6 ft-lbs).
Caution!
The universal coupling must only be used with a disas-
sembled luggage rack.
