e) EPA-Settings for the Steering Servos

With the EPA setting (EPA = "End Point Adjustment"), the maximum per-
missible deflection of the steering servos on either side (left or right) can
be determined.
This function is usually used to protect the servo mechanics from mechanical
impact with an obstacle at full deflection.
You can set a value from 0 to 120%. The smaller the value, the shorter is
the servo path on the corresponding side. A setting of "0%" means that the
servo on the respective side will no longer move at all!
• Press the button "SEL" (5) repeatedly until "CH1 EPA" and "LFU" or "RBD" is displayed.
"LFU" = Limit steering deflection to the left
"RBD" = Limit steering deflection to the right
The information "to the left" or "to the right" applies for the front axle, but only if the servo reverse for the
steering servos is off.
The EPA settings affect both steering servos.
• Use the rocker button "DT1" (12) to change the displayed value (0%....120%).
• Press the button "SEL" (5) to get to the next setting function. If no button is pressed for 5 seconds, the transmitter
leaves setting mode automatically and returns to normal display/function.

f) EPA-Settings for the Speed Controller

Similar to the steering servos (see chapter 11. e), EPA settings for the speed controller (channel 2) are possible as
well. The speed for forwards and reverse driving can be limited independently of each other.
• Press the button "SEL" (5) repeatedly until "CH2 EPA" and "LFU" or "RBD" is displayed.
"LFU" = limit speed for forwards driving
"RBD" = limit speed for reverse driving
• Use the rocker button "DT1" (12) to change the displayed value (0%....120%).
• Press the button "SEL" (5) to get to the next setting function.
If no button is pressed for 5 seconds, the transmitter leaves setting mode automatically and returns to normal
display/function.
