h) Completing sensor search at the "HMS 100Z"


This set up is necessary only if the smoke detector functions in
the "HMS 100" system!
• When the control center receives the signal of the radio smoke detector,

"Sensor xx Sensor xx Sensor xx" (xx = 01-30) appears on the display. The symbol of the smoke
alarm is displayed also.
A cursor appears in the lower display line (entry bar). Here enter the name
of the smoke detector using up to 11 digit names in clear text.
• Select using the " " or " " buttons the desired entry position (this allows
you to enter space characters) and position the desired character, using the
rotary encoder (alphabet, umlauts, space characters) at the position of the
cursor.
• Select the next position using the " " or " " buttons and repeat the entry
until you enter the whole name.
It is also possible to modify the entered text via the " " or " " buttons and
the rotary encoder.
Entered characters can be erased via the space character (after "9" or before
"A"). The whole name can be erased completely via the "Löschen" button
(= "delete").
• After having entered the name, press on "OK".
