Operation

Only take the device into operation after familiarising yourself with its functions and these
operating instructions.
Check all the connections again. When you have done so, reconnect the negative pole of the
car battery.

General Operation

PWR / MUTE button (1)
This button switches the radio on and off.
Push this button briefly with the device switched off to switch on the device or with the device switched on to briefly
mute the current playback. Pushing again deactivates muting again.
Push this button for approx. 2 sec to switch off the device.

To switch on, any other button (including on the remote control) may be pushed as well.
Muting can also be deactivated by turning the volume controller/selection controller (2).
Display (5)
In the display (5), all information is displayed depending on the currently active function.
RESET button (29)
This button resets all settings to factory settings.
Press this button in the following cases:
- when you have completed the installation and connection
- when the CD tuner does not react to the operation of buttons anymore
- when the display shows undefined characters
