f) Installing the Nose and Main Landing Gear

Hook the bent „Z" of the approx. 200 mm long, pre-bent pushrod (1)
into the control lever (2). During assembly of the pushrod, observe that
the fastening screw of the control lever (3) must point forwards.
Screw the bearing block (4) to the fuselage with four screws
M3 x 12 mm. Insert the control lever (2) and push the nose landing
gear (5) to the upper hole of the bearing block.
Screw the control lever to the nose landing gear wire (6) with a screw
M3 x 6 mm. Put a drop of threadlocker varnish into the thread of the
control lever.
Push the linkage rods of the nose landing gear into the linkage
connection of the rudder servo (also see chapter above). Set the rudder
servo and the nose landing gear (5) to neutral.
Cut the rods for nose landing gear linkage leaving an excess length
of 5 mm. Hold the rods in place with the rod connection screw.
Install the main landing gear (1) to the bottom of the fuselage with two
screws M3 x 15 mm. Then screw the undercarriage cover (2) to the
landing gear (3) with a screw M3 x 6 mm.
Place the model on the floor and check that it is horizontal. If the fuselage
tip points up or down, the position of the nose landing gear must be
corrected accordingly.
