• Use the buttons "" (6b) and "" (6c) to set the recording level (0.....63). You can also use the
slider "GAIN" to select the desired microphone sensitivity:
H = High sensitivity
M = Medium sensitivity (normal setting)
L = Low sensitivity
The higher the sensitivity and recording level are set, the lower sounds can be recorded - but the
quicker will the recording distort when loud noise occurs.
Watch the recording level display. The bar chart should just reach the right edge of the display for the
loudest sounds (0dB).
• Now start the recording by pressing the button " /" (4b) again briefly.
The display " /" at the top right of the display switches to "REC"; the recording is running.
• To pause and resume the recording, briefly press the button " /" (4b).
• To terminate the recording, press the button "" (4a).
The top right of the display shows "".
• To listen to the recording just made, briefly press the button "/" (4c).
Use the buttons "VOLUME+" and "VOLUME-" (12) to set playback volume.
Press the button "" (4a) to terminate playback.
