Potential cause/solution/tips
• Has the dust bin been closed properly and inserted
in the device? Correct this if necessary.
• Are you using the device for the fi rst time? An
odour often develops when using new devices for
the fi rst time. The odour should disappear once
you have used the device a few times.
• Has the device already been used on multiple
occasions? The device is defective. Turn off the
device, pull the mains plug out of the socket and
promptly contact customer service.
