Het product voldoet aan de voorwaarden van de geldende Europe-
se en nationale richtlijnen. De conformiteit is aangetoond, de bijbe-
horende verklaringen en documenten zijn gedeponeerd bij de fabri-
kant. Volg de instructies van de gebruiksaanwijzing op om deze
status van het apparaat te handhaven en een ongevaarlijke werking
te garanderen!

Product Description
The „Combi tester" VC-31 with its removable belt clip with magnetic
holder and the robust casing with rubber protection is the ide-
al tester for electric installation and should be part of every toolbox.
The option to attach a measuring lead to the back of the VC-31
facilitates measuring.
The VC-31 can be used for the following tests:
- Continuity checks or checking resistances up to 10kΩ.
- Determining/checking direct or alternate voltage up to 400V
- Polarity check of direct voltage from 1.5 to 400V/DC
- Checking the function of FI safety switches (ELCB) with nominal
fault current <40mA
- Checking phase (L), neutral (N) and protective conductors (PE)
- Testing semi-conductors like transistors, diodes etc.
The display is both acoustic (buzz) as well as optic (LED). The pitch
and frequency of the buzz indicates continuity, direct and alternate
voltage.
Intended use
Test device for:
- Direct and alternate voltage up to 400V in the overvoltage catego-
ry CAT III 400V
- Continuity, resistance, semi-conductors up to 10kΩ
- Fast testing of FI safety switches up to 40 mA (no standard-con-
form measuring)
Operation is only permitted in a dry environment; contact with mois-
ture must be avoided at all times. Only a 9-V block battery may be
used as voltage source.
