Mit einem Ventil dosieren
Montage des Ventils
– An der Seite der MCP-Z Stan-
dard sind spezielle Öffnungen
für die Aufnahme der Ventil-
platte.
– Schrauben an der Rückseite der
Ventilplatte in obere Öffnung
einführen, gegen Antriebsge-
häuse pressen und gleichzeitig
nach unten schieben.
Nicht am Ventil drücken.
– Schnittstellenkabel auf der
Rückseite der MCP-Z Standard
bei der Bezeichnung »Valves«
anschließen.
– Den Schlauch wie links abge-
bildet ins Ventil einführen.
Es darf nur ein Schlauch
verwendet werden, der in Härte,
Durchmesser und Wandstärke
dem mitgelieferten entspricht:

3.2 mm i.Ø und 1.6 mm WS,

Mounting the valve
– On the right side of the
MCP-Z Standard there are two
holes for connecting the valve.
– Fix the valve plate by inserting
the two screws into the holes.
Press plate gently against the
drive casing and push it right to
the bottom of the hook hole.
Do not press on the valve.
– Connect the interface cable to
the »Valves« socket on the
rear panel of the MCP-Z
Standard pump.
– Insert the tube into the vlave
as shown on the left.
If using a new tubing, its
hardness, diameter and wall
thickness must correspond with
the originally supplied tubing:

Installation de l'électrovanne
– Des ouvertures spéciales pour
la fixation du plateau de
l'lélectrovanne sont disposées
sur le côté latéral de l'MCP-Z
Standard.
– Introduire les deux vis du
plateau de l'électrovanne dans
les ouvertures, presser le
plateau contre le moteur et le
pousser simultanément vers le
bas.
Ne pas appuyer sur
l'électrovanne.
– Raccorder le câble d'interface
à l'arrière de l'MCP-Z
Standard, là où se trouve la
dénomination «Valves»
– Insérer le tube dans
l'électrovanne comme indiqué
dans la figure ci-contre.
Lorsqu'un nouveau tube est
utilisé, son diamètre, sa dureté
ainsi que l'épaisseur de sa paroi
doit correspondre à celui livré
d'origine:
