- Querruder in Mittelstellung bringen.
Gestänge über der Bohrung des

kürzen.
- Gestänge mit Clips 1.14 versehen und
im Kreuzhebel einhängen.

- Press the rubber grommets and metal
eyelets into the mounting lugs of the
aileron servo 1.6.
- Cut down the output lever 1.9 to the
shape shown and drill out the linkage
holes to 2 mm Ø.
- Fit the servo between the mounting
plates, mark and drill the 1.5 mm Ø
pilot-holes and fit the servo retaining
screws.
- Remove the output disc from the servo.

Set the servo to centre (neutral) from
the transmitter and place the prepared
output arm on the output shaft, exactly
at right-angles to the long case sides.
Fit the servo arm retaining screw.
- Screw the actuating lugs 1.10 onto the
torque rods, taking care to set them at
the same height on each side to obtain
1.11, 1.12
equal aileron deflections.
- Push the retaining rings 1.12 onto the
1.10
clevises 1.11 and screw them half-way
onto the threaded pushrods 1.13.
Connect the clevises to the torque rod
lugs.
- Set the ailerons to centre and mark the
position of the output arm holes on the
pushrods. Bend the rods at right-angles
at the marked point and cut off the
excess rod length.
- Fit the pushrod keepers 1.14 on the
pushrods and connect them to the
servo output arm.

- Munir le servo des ailerons 1.6 des
passe-fil en caoutchouc et des man-
chons.
- Couper le palonnier en croix 1.9 et le
percer avec une mèche de Ø 2 mm.
- Mettre le servo en place, percer les
trous de Ø 1,5 mm et fixer le servo.
- Retirer le palonnier circulaire du servo
et, à l'aide de l'ensemble de radiocom-
mande, amener le servo au neutre.
Planter le palonnier à angle droit sur
l'axe longitudinal du servo et le fixer
avec la vis du servo.
- Visser l'attache d'articulation 1.10 sur
les articulations des ailerons. Veiller à
ce que la hauteur soit identique afin
d'obtenir les mêmes débattements.
- Munir les chapes 1.11 des bagues d'ar-
rêt 1.12, les visser à mi-filetage sur la
tringle 1.13 et l'accrocher au attaches
d'articulation.
- Amener les ailerons en position médi-
ane.
Marquer la tringle au-dessus de
l'alésage du palonnier en croix, la cintr-
er et la raccourcir.
- Munir la tringle des clips 1.14 et l'ac-
crocher au palonnier en croix.
