abziehen. Ruderscharniere 1.4 zur
Hälfte in den Rudern mit Epoxy verkle-
ben (Schlitz in Flugrichtung).

Schleifpapier aufrauhen.
- Zwischen Drähte und Tragfläche einen
Streifen Klarsichtfolie schieben, um ein
Verkleben der Fläche mit Drähten oder
Rudern zu verhindern.
- Scharnierschlitze in der Tragfläche
etwas erweitern.
- Epoxy in die Bohrungen und Schlitze
der Querruder träufeln.
- Ruderscharniere
einstreichen
und
Ruder möglichst spaltfrei an die Fläche
setzen. Auf Leichtgängigkeit und aus-
reichende Ausschläge der Ruder ach-
ten.
- Aussparung für das Querruderservo
1.6 je nach verwendetem Servo anpas-
sen. Kabelkanal einschneiden. Die
Servobrettchen 1.7 und 1.8 nach Servo
auflegen, Kontur anzeichnen. Folie an
den
Klebestellen
entfernen.

- Pull off the ailerons 1.3 from the wing.
Apply epoxy to the aileron hinges 1.4

and push them half-way into the
ailerons (slit in hinge running forward /
aft).

- Sand the aileron torque rod ends 1.5 to
roughen the surface of the metal.
- Slip a strip of clear film between the
torque rod and the wing to prevent the
torque rod or aileron becoming glued to
the wing.
- Open up the hinge slots in the wing
slightly.
- Carefully apply a little epoxy to the
holes and hinge slots in the wing.
- Apply epoxy to the projecting hinges
and push them into the wing, keeping
the hinge slot gap as narrow as possi-
ble. Check that the ailerons move freely
to the stated deflections in both direc-
tions.
- Cut out the opening for the aileron
1.8
servo 1.6 to suit your servo. Cut a hole
as shown for the servo lead. Place the
front and rear servo plates 1.7 and 1.8
on the wing, space them to suit your
servo and mark their outline on the
1.7
wing. Carefully remove the film inside
the marked lines and glue the servo
plates in place: 1.7 at the front, 1.8 at
the rear.

- Retirer les ailerons 1.3 de l'aile. Coller
les charnières d'aileron 1.4 à mi-
longueur dans les ailerons après les
avoir enduites de colle époxy (fente
dans le sens du vol).
- Poncer les fils d'articulation en torsion
des ailerons 1.5avec du papier de
verre.
- Glisser une bande de plastique trans-
parent entre les fils et l'aile afin d'éviter
de coller l'aile avec les fils ou les
ailerons.
- Agrandir légèrement les fentes de
charnière dans l'aile.
- Introduire de la colle époxy dans les
alésages et les fentes des ailerons.
- Enduire les charnières de colle et
planter les ailerons dans l'aile avec le
plus petit jour possible. Vérifier que les
ailerons demeurent souples et dis-
posent de suffisamment de débatte-
ment.
- Ajuster le logement du servo des
ailerons 1.6 en fonction du type de
servo utilisé. Entailler une conduite
pour le cordon. Installer les planches
de servo 1.7 et 1.8 en fonction du servo
en mettant le servo en place et dessi-
nant son contour. Retirer le film de
recouvrement à l'emplacement où doit
être appliquée la colle.
- Coller la planche de servo 1.7 à l'avant
et la planche de servo 1.8 à l'arrière.
