- Den Tankverschluß 4.1 mit den
Deckplättchen 4.2, 4.3 versehen,
Schraube 4.4 eindrehen, nicht anzie-
hen. Belüftungsröhrchen 4.5 einschie-
ben; hinteres Röhrchenende nach
oben biegen.
- Das Zuleitungsröhrchen 4.6 einschie-
ben, Ansaugschlauch 4.7 aufschieben,
kürzen und mit dem Tankpendel 4.8
versehen.
- Tankverschluß in den Tank 4.9 schie-
ben. Durch Schwenken des Tanks prü-
fen, daß das Pendel in keiner Lage im
Tank hängenbleibt. Sonst Schlauch
4.7 kürzen. Schraube 4.4 anziehen.

- Place the front and rear stopper plates
4.3 and 4.2 against the fueltank stop-
4.5
per 4.1 and fit the retaining screw 4.4;
don't tighten the screw at this point.
Push the vent pipe 4.5 through the
stopper, and bend the rear end upward
as shown.

- Slide the feed pipe 4.6 through the
4.5
stopper and push the pick-up hose 4.7
onto the end. Cut it to the correct
length and push it onto the clunk pick-
up weight 4.8.

- Slide the tank stopper into the fueltank
4.9 and check that the clunk weight
has complete freedom of movement by
swivelling the tank round in your
4.10
hands. Shorten the pick-up hose 4.7 if
necessary. When you are satisfied,
tighten the retaining screw 4.4.
- Cut two overlength pieces of fuel tub-
ing 4.10 and push them onto the pipes
projecting from the stopper. Apply a
piece of coloured tape to the fuel feed
4.10
line (clunk pick-up) to avoid confusion
later.

- Munir le bouchon du réservoir 4.1 des
pastilles de couverture 4.2, 4.3, mettre
la vis 4.4 en place sans la serrer.
Mettre le tube aérateur 4.5 en place,
couder l'extrémité arrière du tube vers
le haut.
- Engager le tube d'alimentation 4.6,
enfiler le flexible d'aspiration 4.7, le
raccourcir et le munir du plongeur 4.8.
- Glisser le bouchon du réservoir dans le
réservoir 4.9. En faisant pivoter le
réservoir, vérifier que le plongeur ne
reste pas accroché quelle que soit la
position du réservoir. Si c'est le cas,
raccourcir le flexible 4.7. Serrer la vis
4.4. Glisser deux flexibles de carburant
4.10 avec une certaine marge sur les
tubes.
- Repérer
le
(plongeur) avec un morceau de ruban
adhésif isolant de couleur.
