Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed of with
general household waste. This applies throughout the entire EU. In order
to prevent any harm to the environment or health hazards caused by
incorrect waste disposal, the product must be handed in for recycling
so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible manner.
When recycling your product, take it to your local collection facility or
contact the place of purchase. They will ensure that the product is
disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
Care and maintenance
•
Switch the fan heater off, disconnect it from the power supply and let it cool before
cleaning.
•
Clean the product using a soft cloth.
•
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any fluff from the inlet and exhaust openings.
•
If the fan heater is not to be used for a long time it should be covered to keep it
clean and free of dust and fluff. Store the fan heater in its original box together with
the instruction manual in a cool, dry place.
Cleaning the dust filters
The air filters should be cleaned every month.
1. Remove the filter grilles (11).
2. Remove the dust filters (12) and soak
them i water for a few minutes.
3. Wring out the filters and let them dry
before refitting them.
