4. Press [ SELECT ] on the heater or [ ON ] on the remote to turn on the heater.
Note: Remember to point the remote directly at
the IR sensor and ensure that there are no obstructing objects in the way.
Also, make sure the distance between the remote and heater is not too great.
5. Press [ SELECT ] on the heater or [ OFF ] on the remote to turn off the heater and
return it to standby mode.
6. Press the power switch to the 0 position to turn off the heater completely.

Care and maintenance

Note: Turn the heater completely off, pull out the plug and let it cool before cleaning or
servicing it.
• Clean the product using a lightly moistened cloth. Only use mild cleaning agents,
never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Pull the heater's plug from the wall socket if the product is not be used for an
extended period.
• Never immerse the product in water.
• The heating elements may become white in places after some use. This is completely
normal and does not reduce the heater's performance.
