Troubleshooting

The fan heater does not start.
• Is the plug securely connected to the wall socket?
• Make sure that the electrical socket is live.
• Is the power switch on the back panel set to ON?
• Has the thermostat turned off the fan heater? Check the temperature setting.
The fan starts but stops after a short time:
• The temperature setting is lower than the room temperature.
Check the temperature setting.
