Maintenance works on the loco
1. Lubrication (Fig. 4)
The motor and the bearing points of the wheelsets should be
lubricated sparingly where marked using model making oil.
To lubricate the motor, remove the housing, see page 19, point 8.

2. Tender coupling (Fig. 5)
To reduce the buffer spacing between tender and coupled truck,
the tender coupling can be fixed at two points with a screw.
Fastening point (1) is for operation with small radii and fastening
point (2) for operation with large radii.
