Umrüsten auf Digitalbetrieb / Wartungsarbeiten
Converting to digital operation / Maintenance works
2. Gehäuse demontieren
2 Schrauben (7) an der Gehäuseunterseite herausdrehen,
Gehäuse (1) leicht spreizen und nach oben abnehmen.
3. Motor tauschen
Gehäuse abnehmen, siehe Punkt 2.
Befestigungsschrauben (3,17) der Motorabdeckung (2) herausdre-
hen und Motorabdeckung nach oben abnehmen. Gummilager des
Motors mit Schraubendreher nach oben drücken, Motor (19) nach
oben entnehmen. Kabel am Motor ablöten.
Achtung: Bei Ausbau auf Einbaulage achten – sonst falsche
Fahrtrichtung.
4. Platine tauschen
Gehäuse des Mittelteils leicht spreizen und nach oben abnehmen.
Blindstecker (5) bei DC-Ausführung oder Digital-Decoder (4) bei
AC-Ausführung abziehen. Platine (6) nach oben abnehmen.
Sämtliche Kabel an der Platine ablöten, bitte kennzeichnen Sie
sich wo die einzelnen Kabel angelötet waren.
5. Digital-Decoder tauschen
Digital-Decoder (4) abziehen und neuen Digital-Decoder
einstecken.
6. Glühbirnen tauschen
Entsprechendes Gehäuse abnehmen, siehe Punkt 2.
Motorabdeckung entfernen, siehe Punkt 3.
Kabel an Glühbirne (20) ablöten und Glühbirne erneuern.
7. Wartungsarbeiten an Getriebe, Radsätze
und Haftreifen erneuern
Getriebe:
Gehäuse des Triebwagens mit Haftreifen abnehmen,
siehe Punkt 2. Motorabdeckung erntfernen, siehe Punkt 3.
Triebwagen auf einen Tisch stellen, Befestigungsschraube (18,21)
des Drehgestells herausdrehen und Drehgestell (15) nach unten
entnehmen. Jetzt ist das Zahnrad (16) frei zugänglich.
Radsätze, Haftreifen und weitere Zahnräder:
Achtung: Triebwagen (Drehgestell) umdrehen, Räder und
Getriebeabdeckung müssen nach oben zeigen.
Befestigungsschraube (11) der Getriebeabdeckung herausdrehen,
Getriebeabdeckung (8) ausclipsen, Radsätze (12) entnehmen. Jetzt
können auch die Haftreifen (13) erneuert und weitere Zahnräder
(14) entnommen werden.
8. Schleifer tauschen bei Wechselstrom-Ausführung
Befestigungsschraube (10) des Schleifers (9) herausdrehen,
Schleifer abnehmen.
2. Dismantling the housing
Unscrew 2 screws (7) on the housing lower part. Gently spread the
housing (1) and take out upwards.
3. Replacing the motor
Remove housing, see point 2.
Unscrew the fastening screws (3,17) of the motor cover and take
motor cover off upwards. Push rubber bearing of the motor
upwards with a screwdriver, take motor (19) off upwards. Unsolder
the motor cable.
Caution: Pay attention to the installation position when removing
the motor, otherwise wrong direction of travel.
4. Exchanging the circuit board
Gently spread the housing of the middle section and take off
upwards. Pull off the dummy connector (5) in the DC version or the
digital decoder (4) in the AC version. Remove circuit board (6)
upwards. Unsolder all cables to the circuit board; please mark
where the cables were soldered on.
5. Replacing the digital decoder
Pull the digital decoder (4) off and insert new digital decoder.
6. Replacing light bulbs
Remove corresponding housing, see point 2.
Remove motor cover, see point 3.
Unsolder cables on the light bulb (20) and replace the light bulb.
7. Maintenance work on the gear, replacing wheelsets and
traction tires
Transmission:
Remove the housing of the locomotive with traction tires, see point
2. Remove engine cover, see point 3. Place locomotive on a table,
unscrew the fastening screw (18, 21) of the bogie and take bogie
(15) out downwards. The gear wheel (16) is now freely accessible.
Wheelsets, traction tires and other gear wheels:
Caution: Turn locomotive (bogie) over, the wheelsets and the gear
cover must face upwards
Unscrew the fastening screw (11) from the gear cover, unclip the
gear cover (8) and remove wheelsets (12). Now you can also
replace the traction tires (13) and remove other gear wheels (14).
8. Replacing the trailer in the AC version
Unscrew the fastening screw (10) of the trailer (9).
Remove the trailer.
