Push the insert cautiously upward to remove it.
2.
Turn the insert by 180 degrees.
3.
Install the insert so that the hook points upward.
4.
Tilt the insert slightly forward with your finger.
5.
Press the insert down until it clicks into place.
6.
Important: Always press onto the insert from the top (see
exerted onto the front of the insert may shear off the ratchets holding the
insert.

Notes regarding handling:
To hang up the receiver, use the slot on the inside of the receiver to hang it
onto the hook you have just inserted in the receiver recess.
To hang up the receiver without terminating a call, use the slot on the inside
of the receiver to hang it onto the hook at the top of the telephone.
