Description:
Add or modify RMON Alarm entry.
The entry index key is <alarm_id>.
Syntax:
Security Switch RMON Alarm Add <alarm_id> <interval> <alarm_variable> [absolute|delta]
<rising_threshold> <rising_event_index> <falling_threshold>
<falling_event_index> [rising|falling|both]

Sampling interval (1-2147483647) (default: 30).
The MIB OID that need to be referenced.
Get the sample directly.
Calculate the difference between samples (default).
Rising threshold value (-2147483648–2147483647).
Rising event index (1-65535).
