NOTE! The Primo DC power board from version V1.4A_B already has an inte-
grated overvoltage function. If the Primo DC replacement PC board is version
V1.4A_B or higher, any existing OVP SYMPRI overvoltage PC board must be re-
moved.
NOTE! If the Primo DC replacement PC board is version V1.4A_B or higher, the
Primo AC PC board must also have version V0.4B_C or higher.

Remove the inverter from the wall bra-

cket and open (see "Opening and Clo-
sing Device" and necessary
„Replacing the Overvoltage PC board"
sections)
Loosen and pull out all cable and plug

connections (1)
Loosen 13 screws 4x9 TX20 (2)

Loosen 4 screws 4x9 TX20 (3) on the
4
modules
Insert the screwdriver in the "Remove

PC board" (4) hole and loosen the Pri-
moPS DC from the heat sink in the di-
rection indicated by the arrow

CAUTION! The heat sink must not
be damaged
Use a clean cloth to loosen residues

from the old PCM paste from the heat
sink
NOTE! No residues from the PCM
material must be present
NOTE! When the PrimoPS DC is
returned, the modules must also
be cleaned with a clean cloth.
- Then take the PCM film from the
small parts set
- Position and stretch onto the
modules
- Pay attention to the removal of
the protective film!
