Loosen blister packs on the lances of

the new PrimoPS AC and place on the
faulty PrimoPS AC
CAUTION! The PCM paste must
not be damaged or removed when
inserting the PrimoPS AC
Insert and position the new PrimoPS

NOTE! To avoid mechanical ten-
sion on the modules, observe the
sequence of the torques.
IMPORTANT! The screws supplied with
the PC board must be used. The wrong
screws may cause damage to the modules
and therefore result in the failure of the de-
vice.
Mount the PrimoPS AC modules with 4

screws TX20 (4). Observe the sequen-
ce of the torques to prevent mechani-
cal tension
First tighten all 4 screws at [0.5 Nm]
and then tighten at [2 Nm]
