Maintenance

Checking the ignition electrodes
and the mixing unit.
· Undo safety screw D.
· Remove mobile axis E.
· Open the burner housing.
· Undo the ignition cable.
· Undo the four screws of the settings
board (RTC) by 2 turns.
· Undo pressure screw C.
· Remove the mixer unit.
· Check and adjust the position of the
ignition electrodes and the turbulator.
· Refit in the reverse sequence.
· Check the condition and position of
the O-ring seal J1 when assembling.
· Check for leaks.

Burner and boiler servicing can
only carried out by a trained
specialist. The system operator
is advised to take out a service
contract to guarantee regular
servicing.
Monitoring the flue gas temperature
· Check the exhaust gas temperature.
· Clean the boiler if the exhaust gas
temperature is over 30 K above the
start-up value.
Cleaning the fan
· Disconnect the motor by unplugging
it from the power supply.
· Unscrew the 7 screws of the motor panel.
· Remove the panel and motor, taking
care not to damage the gas pressure
tube of the air pressure switch.
· "Dry" clean the air pressure pipes.
· Do not use pressurised materials.
· Thoroughly clean the air duct and fan.
· Reassemble.
