6. Slide the bottom tube (11) over the top tube (10) and
fix it in place by turning it clockwise. Then secure the
connection with the pan head screw (10a). Use the in-
stallation spanner (14).
7. Repeat the previous step to fit the second bottom tube
(11) onto the bottom tube (11) that has already been
fitted.
8. Slide either the round nozzle (12) or the flat nozzle
(12a) over the lower pipe (11) and lock it in place by
turning it clockwise. Then secure the connection with
the pan head screw (12b). Use the installation span-
ner (14).

Before commissioning
ATTENTION
Always make sure the product is fully assembled
before commissioning!
ATTENTION
Always carry out assembly and adjustments on the
product with the engine switched off and disconnect the
spark plug connector.
ATTENTION
The product is delivered without fuel/oil mix-
ture. It is therefore essential to fill with fuel/
oil mixture before commissioning.
Use only a mixture of unleaded fuel (min.
RON 95) and special 2-stroke engine oil (JA-
SO FD/ISO – L - EGD).
WARNING
Do not use fuel that has not been correctly mixed with
2-stroke oil. This may cause permanent engine damage
and will void the manufacturer's warranty on this prod-
uct. Never use a fuel mixture that has been stored for
more than 90 days.

Health hazard!
Inhalation of fuel / lubricating oil vapours and exhaust
gases can cause serious damage to health, uncon-
sciousness and in extreme cases death.
– Do not breathe fuel / lubricating oil vapours and ex-
haust gases.
– Operate the product outdoors only.

Fuels and fuel vapours are flammable and
can cause serious damage if they are inhaled
or come into contact with the skin. You
should therefore exercise caution when han-
dling fuel, and ensure good ventilation.

Petrol and the fuel-oil mixture are highly flammable!

If you direct the airflow at people, animals or objects,
this can cause injury and damage.
– Direct the air flow away from you.
– Never direct the airflow at other people, animals or
objects.
– Do not blow away hard objects such as stones or
branches.

– Make sure that other persons maintain a sufficient
safety distance.
– Keep uninvolved persons away from the product.
– Hold the product in front of you.
– Never point the product at yourself, other people or

in the direction of people or animals and make sure
that objects will not be damaged.
– Always observe the wind direction and never work
against the wind.
Notes:
• Place the product on a level, even surface.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating manual before using for the first time.
It is mandatory to carefully check the product for any
damage before each use or after it has been dropped. If
damage is identified, it must be rectified immediately by
you or an authorised service centre.
Before starting up each time, check the product for the
following:
• Leak-tightness of the fuel system
• All screw connections are tight.
• Smooth running of all moving parts.

Mixing fuel (Fig. 5)
WARNING
Avoid direct skin contact with fuel and inhalation of fuel
vapours.
1. The engine must be operated with a fuel mixture of fu-
el and engine oil.
2. Use only a mixture of unleaded fuel (min. RON 95) and
special 2-stroke engine oil (JASO FD/ISO – L - EGD).
3. Mix the fuel mixture as per the fuel mixing table.
4. Put the correct amount of fuel and 2-stroke oil into the
oil-petrol mixing bottle (13).
5. Then shake the oil-petrol mixing bottle (13) well.
