15 Troubleshooting

The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to work
properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

Remedy
Warm up the battery/leave the battery to cool down
is completely submerged in water.
Connect the connection cable (correctly).
Close the battery cover and fasten the locking clip.
Insert the plug fully into the socket and secure it with
the cap nut.
Charge battery
Remove the pump and wait until the ice has melted.
Remove and clean the filter.
Check the water level and ensure that the pump is
completely submerged.
Run the pump until the water flows evenly.
Replace hose coupling with one without auto-stop.
Check the hose for blockages and kinks and remove
them.
Fit connection with hose aerator
Clean the hose aerator
Remove the cap, insert the ball and close the cap.
