5.4 To use a griding disc

WARNING! Make sure that the grinding disc is not
damaged before use.
NOTE! Make sure that the disc is applicable for the
operation and the speed of the product.

Install the gridning disc correctly, refer to "5.1 To
install a grinding or cutting disc" on page 13.

Start the product.

Tilt the product at an angle of 10°–15°. (Figure 6)

Put the grinding disc against the workpiece with a
light pressure.

Move the product continuously backward and
forward over the workpiece.

5.5 To use a cutting disc

WARNING! Make sure that the cutting disc is not
damaged before use. Damaged cutting discs can break
and cause kickback and injury.
WARNING! Do not use a cutting disc to grind. Use
a cutting disc only to cut.
WARNING! Do not tilt the product during opera-
tion.

● Make sure that the disc is applicable for the material
and the speed of the product.
● Do not touch the cutting disc or the workpiece until
they have become cool.

Install the cutting disc correctly, refer to "5.1 To
install a grinding or cutting disc" on page 13.

Safety the workpiece before you cut it.

Hold the product firmly with both hands.

Cut in a straight line. Do not apply too much
preassure. Let the cutting disc do the work.

Storage

● If the product is not going to be used for a long period
of time, keep the product in a clean and dry area,
where children and pets do not have access to it.

Maintenance

WARNING! Disconnect the product from the
power source before you clean, do adjustments, or main-
tenance on the product.
WARNING! Use only spare parts recommended by
the supplier to make sure that the product is safe to use.
WARNING! The product cannot be repaired by the
user. For servicing and reparation refer to an approved
service center.
