● Stop the product and remove the battery if the product
vibrates abnormally.
● Inspect the product before use. Make sure that all screws
are tightened and that moving parts do not jam.
● Do not operate the product in a place where objects can
get stuck and be thrown out by the product. Ejected
objects can cause serious personal injury and/or material
damage.
● Stop the product and make sure that all moving parts
have stopped before you put the product down.
● Do not attempt to stop the product with your hands.
● Always hold the product in its designated handles.
● Only operate the product in daylight.
● Make sure to keep your balance at all times.
● Do not run with the product.
● Make sure that the ventilation openings are free from
debris.

Assembly
Warning! Remove the battery before you do any work
on the product.
3.1
To attach the handle
● Attach the handle either on the left, right or top of the
product.
3.2 To attach a grinding disc

Put the inner flange disc on the spindle with the
locking edges (A) downwards. Make sure that the
inner flange disc rotates with the spindle. (Figure 2)

Put the grinding disc on the inner flange disc so that
the hole aligns.

Put the outer flange disc on the grinding disc.

Push and hold the spindle lock button. (Figure 3)

Tighten the outer flange disc with the tightening key.

Do a test run at low speed without a load to make
sure that the grinding disc functions correctly.

Operation
4.1
To adjust the grinding disc guard
● Move the grinding disc guard to an applicable position
until it clicks in place. (Figure 4)
4.2 To attach the battery
Warning! Make sure that the power switch is not
pushed when the battery is attached.
● Push the battery into the battery holder. Make sure that
the battery clicks into place.
Caution! Do not force the battery into the battery
holder.
4.3 To remove the battery
● Push and hold the lock button on the battery and remove
it from the battery holder.
4.4 To operate the product

Hold the product tightly with both hands.

Push the power switch to start the product.
Caution! Do not push the power switch while the
product is in contact with the workpiece.

Tilt the product at an angle of 10°–15°.

Put the grinding disc against the workpiece with a
light pressure.

Move the product continuously back and forth over
the workpiece. (Figure 5)

Release the power switch to stop the product.

Maintenance

To clean the product
Clean the product regularly.

Remove dirt and debris from the product with a soft
brush.

Clean the product with a moist cloth and a mild
detergent.
