NOTICE
The model number of the transmitter which matches the
walimex pro Mover 400 TTL studio flash is the walimex pro
Operator TTL T-C and walimex pro Operator TTL T-N. The
transmitter works as a master unit, and the Mover 400 TTL
works as a slave unit. In order to effectively trigger a flash, you
need to set the Mover 400 TTL and Operator TTL to the same
channel and ID. When adjusting flash mode and studio flash
parameters, please set the Mover 400 TTL and Operator TTL
to the same group.
7.2 Flash mode-TTL auto flash
The walimex pro Mover 400 studio flash has an integrated TTL communication function. When
mounting the walimex pro Operator TTL transmitter to a camera, the camera and flash will work
together to release proper exposure. Whether shooting in scene where ambient light varies, or
shooting for fast moving events, you will have proper exposure without adjusting shutter speed
or aperture.

7.2.1 Set flash light in TTL mode
Briefly press the [MODE] button; the flash will be set as
<TTL>.
7.2.2 Flash Exposure Compensation (FEC)
Flash Exposure Compensation (FEC): The FEC range is
adjustable from -3 to +3 in precision 1/3 f-stop increments.
FEC is very useful for making quick minor adjustments to
the exposure of the TTL system, and for creating the ideal
exposure for you.
Set Flash Exposure Compensation (FEC)
Briefly press the [+] or [-] button to set the FEC value.
0.3 means 1/3 f-stop, 0.7 means 2/3 f-stop. On the LCD
screen, <+> means more exposure, <-> means less expo-
sure. To cancel the flash exposure compensation, set the
amount to <0>.
7.2.3 Flash Exposure Bracketing (FEB)
The flash supports FEB functionality. Set FEB on the camera only. On the LCD screen, there is
no signal.
7.2.4 High-Speed Sync
When using flash together with the walimex pro Operator TTL radio transmitter, this function
allows the flash to synchronize with certain cameras in high-speed sync. The maximum sync
speed is up to 1/8000 s. Set high-speed sync on the camera only. On the LCD screen, there is
no signal. When photographers shoot outdoors in bright sunlight with a wide open aperture, a
fast shutter speed can cut the ambient light, getting amazing results.
NOTICE
The camera and transceiver should support HSS function.
The faster the shutter speed, the shorter the effective flash range.
Multi flash cannot be used in high-speed sync mode.
Overheating protection may be active after 50 successive high-speed sync flashes. Please
turn off the flash and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.
7.3 Flash Mode: multi stroboscopic flash
After a shutter signal, the flash will generate a series of fast flashes, and multiple images will be
integrated into one picture. This is useful for capturing the trajectory of a moving object.
You can set the flash output power, flash frequency, and number of flashes. The maximum
Operator TTL
number of flashes is 20, and maximum flash frequency is 30 Hz.
Set Flash Mode <Multi>
Briefly press the [Mode] button; the flash will set as <Multi>.
Set flash output
Shortly press [ + ] button or [ - ] button to set flash output power.
Set number of flashes
Long press [AUDIO] button till number of flashes parameter
blinks. Press [ + ] button or [ - ] button to set number of flashes.
