1. Understanding these instructions for use correctly
1.1 Markings on the device
This symbol indicates that your device meets the safety require
ments of all applicable EUdirectives.
Waste disposal and protection of the environment
Electric and electronic appliances as well as batteries must not be
disposed of together with domestic waste. The user is legally obliged
to return electric and electronic appliances as well as batteries to spe
cially setup public collecting points or the sales outlet once they have
reached the end of their service life, or return them to the legally desig
nated or announced disposal points. Details are regulated by national
law. The symbol on the product, the instructions for use or the packa
ging refers to these provisions. The recycling, the materialsensitive
recycling or any other form of recycling of waste equipment/batteries
is an important contribution to the protection of our environment.

2. Important safety information
WARNING
Danger of crashing, bruising, burning and fire through toppling of the
device
■ This device weighs up to 200 g (without battery!).
■ Make sure that the device is always positioned tilt and skid resistant and
stored securely.
■ Make sure that all fastening screws have been properly tightened.
■ Keep out of reach of children and animals. They could topple the device.
■ Avoid placing cables where they can be tripped over. The device could be
toppled.
WARNING
Danger of electric shock, burn hazard
Please note that the device is still connected with the power supply even if it is
switched off. Only after disconnecting the device from the power supply through
unpluggingy the power cable or removing the battery, the device is actually
deenergized.
■ Switch off your device when it is not in use.
■ Switch off your device before mounting and maintenance and disconnect
from power supply.
■ Protect your device against unintended switchingon.
■ Unplug the power cord, if the device will not be used for a longer period of time.
