6 Errors and malfunctions
Required measure(s)
Max. load exceeded. Reduce or
remove the load on the table.
Perform a reference run.
Motor positions too different,
reduce load on the table if
necessary. Perform a reference
run.
Check that the cascading cable
between the controllers is
correctly plugged in and that
there is a mains cable in both
controllers. Perform a reference
run.
Further movement is possible,
but without collision protection.
Check the sensor module!
Replace the controller
Stop operation on all available
control devices.

Replace the control panel
Unplug the mains plug! Contact
Customer Service.
Mains supply or power supply
unit fluctuations.
Check the motor cables or use
the F3 menu to restore factory
settings.

The factory settings can be
saved again via the F3 menu. If
this does not resolve the error,
the controller must be replaced
or a valid parameter set must be
loaded via CON.STAND.
