6.2.1 Fault rectification table

Error rectification
Check that the controller is supplied with
power.
Check the connection between the drives
and the controller(s). Restore the
connections.
Check the load on the table. Reduce the
weight of the table.
Duty cycle exceeded. Wait until the table is
ready for use again (approx. 3 min).
Drive is defective: Contact Customer
Service.
Controller is defective: Notify Customer
Service.
Manual switch is defective: Replace the
manual switch or notify Customer Service.
Perform an initialisation run.
The table is crooked: Perform an ini-
tialisation run.
Table leg has detached: Check all
connections and perform an initialisation
run.
The duty cycle has been exceeded: Wait
until the table is ready for use again.
The duty cycle has been exceeded: Wait
until the table is ready for use again.
Check the load on the table. Reduce the
weight on the table. If a container or shelf
stop has been set unintentionally, delete
the stop position.
The collision protection has triggered:
Remove the obstruction and then try again.
Table is in an initialisation run: Continue
until the end.
