Installing the accessory kit

WARNING!
Observe the instructions and safety pre-
cautions for all components used in the
accessory kit.
NOTE
Find the detailed information on mount-
ing the accessory kit in the respective
installation and operating manual (see
chapter "Related documents" on
page 15).
The electrical power supply must be
connected by a qualified electrician who
has demonstrated skill and knowledge
related to the construction and opera-
tion of electrical equipment and installa-
tions and has received safety training to
identify and avoid the hazards involved.

in fig. 2, page 4.

1. Install the solar system.
2. Protect the positive cable of the solar charger
with a fuse (25 A) (6).
3. Select the appropriate connection variant and
install the battery control booster.
4. Protect the positive cable of the house battery
as close to the battery as possible with a fuse
(80 A) (7).
5. Protect the positive cable of the starting bat-
tery as close to the battery as possible with a
fuse (80 A) (7).
6. Install the battery monitor.
7. Protect the sense cables on the shunt with a
fuse (5 A) (8).
8. Optionally connect the battery monitor to the
battery control booster (9) (see chapter "Con-
necting the battery monitor to the battery con-
trol booster (optional)" on page 18).
