Possible Cause

No power connected
Tyre is below 3 psi
Faulty connector
Insufficient coins inserted (pay air unit)
Buzzer volume has been turned off
Buzzer is damaged
Low or no supply pressure
Leaks exist
Input and tyre hoses are incorrectly reversed
port fittings are blocked
Connector worn
Connector worn
Unstable or insufficient supply pressure
Small volume, caused inflator to check pressure
> 2bar / 29psi over target pressure
Inflator started under pressure i.e. is connected

Solution
Switch power on
Press flat tyre button
Replace faulty connector
Insert sufficient coins.
Turn buzzer on
Replace buzzer
Check supply pressure
Confirm leaks do not exist
Ensure input connection is to offset port, tyre
connection is central between input and exhaust
Clean and or replace mesh filters
Replace connector
Replace connector
Check the supply pressure
Check hose is not kinked or blocked, ensure a OPEN
END connector is installed
Remove hose from tyre and allow inflator to reset
Change connector to OPEN END type
New sensor required - Refer to authorised repairer
New sensor required - Refer to authorised repairer
New sensor required - Refer to authorised repairer
Check power supply
Check power supply - Refer to authorised repairer
New PCB required - Refer to authorised repairer

Ensure there is adequate UREA in tank, check float
switch for correct polarity (Normally Open/Closed)
Ensure flow meter is still connected to head. Check
flow meter display is active, if not replace batteries.
Replace battery in FMT3, operating manual available
upon request
