AdBlue General Operation
Instructions for general use of the AdBlue Dispensing mode are as
follows:
AdBlue Installation
The DA97 air tower range contains a flow meter, pipework, hoses,
and dispensing nozzle; All components contained are suitable for
AdBlue, and have been assembled and tested to ensure no leaks
are present.
To enable AdBlue dispensing functionality, a source of AdBlue must
be connected to the bottom of the flow meter securely, ensuring
no leaks between the tower pipework and the AdBlue-in pipework
or hose. A 230VAC pump must be connected to the indicated ST –
18 electrical socket; this will be powered by the head while
dispensing AdBlue. Ensure these utilities are installed safely and
securely.
Hose Mast Assembly
The fittings for the spring mast are shipped with the mast. To
assemble the mast to you will require 5mm and 6mm hex drive
keys.

Ensure that no AdBlue is drank/injested by
Installation personnel.
Ensure any spilled AdBlue is cleaned from
any internal components of the tower.
Ensure that AdBlue dispensing functionality is
tested to check for any internal leaks during
operation.
1. Remove packaging from post and mast.
2. Fit the hose spacer and the hose support plate,
these parts fit together on a spigot.
3. Position the hose on the hose support plate.
4. Refit the clamp using the 2x M6 x 25 Cap head
screws.
5. Using the M8 cap head bolt (shortest of bolts
provided), spring washer and plain washer, raise the
spring mast to the post, insert the screw through the
larger hole secure in all 3 positions.
6. Once secure, fit blanking plugs to all 3 holes and the
post cap to the open top of post.
