Only use to inflate sports balls.
•
Inspect balls for any signs of damage, any suspect balls
should not be inflated.
•
Children should not be allowed to use this equipment.
•
Do not direct the air outlet towards any person, especially to
the eyes, face or skin.
•
High Pressure air may be stored within the system.
•
Do not operate this product if tired or under the influence of
medication, drugs or alcohol.
•
When lifting/moving mobile units, observe the correct
manual handling guidelines. Particular attention must be
made when changing elevation.
•
Proper use of the product also implies the observance of the
manufacturers instructions with regard to installation,
operation and maintenance.

Unpacking and installation
Note that the unit is screwed down to the pallet. Remove 3 screws
holding the unit to the pallet.
The product is heavy, use lifting
equipment. Where manual handling is
required use two people.
Do not operate if the unit is damaged.
Ensure all output hoses are securely fitted to the switched
bulkhead connections on the control panel and ball needle valves
are securely fitted to the end of the output hoses. Air leaks on the
output hoses may cause improper operation.
It is recommended to lubricate the needle valves to ensure they
operate correctly.

Once the unit has been moved to its
operating position the unit should be
secured in position using the foot-
operated castor brakes.
The unit is heavy, take care when
moving on sloping or uneven
surfaces.
Connect the power lead to the socket on the rear of the unit. A 5A,
5 x 20mm, type T, HBC ceramic cartridge fuse is fitted to the
power socket on the rear of the unit. A spare fuse is also included.
Use the power lead supplied to ensure the unit is correctly
earthed.
