start-up, operation and maintenance.
All works concerning installation, start-
up, adjustment and maintenance must
be made by qualified staff. For the
operation of this tyre pressure inflator
the local safety and accident prevention
rules must be observed in all cases.

pressure.

or alcohol.

Hose replacement
Attach the hose to the reel by inserting the female end of the
hose through the slot in the side disc, connect the hose to the
swivel.
Hose must have a loop, called a service loop. This loop is correct
when the outlet of the swivel is 90° relative to the slot in the
disc. Hose clamps must be fitted to both the inside and the
outside of the drum, these clamps must be tight and not allow
the hose to pull through them with force.
Tensioning of the hose reel can be achieved by wrapping the
hose around the drum, then pulling the hose out 1-2 coils and
then wrapping these back around the drum, test the tension and
that all the hose is re-wound to the hose reel, this is a slow
retract hose reel and should not be over tensioned to increase
it's speed, this will damage the hose reel.
