HOW TO REPOSITION THE DOOR GLASS
1.
Insert inner glass after cleaning into the door
assembly with glossy side towards the oven cavity.
2.
Insert the upper edge of the door and gently press
until it snaps in place
3. Remove hinge stopper on both sides and then
close the door.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The display shows
letter 'F' followed by
a number or letter
different from F4E1.
The display shows
F4E1.
The display shows
unclear text and
appears to be broken.
The oven makes
noises, even when it is
switched off.
The oven does not
heat up.
The oven display
shows F8E8 (or inability
to use the Steam
function because of
failure F8E8)

Possible cause
Oven failure.
Food probe is not properly connected.
Another language set.
Cooling fan active.
When "DEMO" is "On" all commands
are active and menus available but the
oven doesn't heat up.
DEMO appears on display every 60
seconds.
Excessive pollution of the water and
steam system.

Solution
Contact the Call Center and state the
number following the letter 'F'.
Check if the probe is connected correctly, if
yes but the problem persists, please contact
Call Center.
Contact the Call Center
Open the door or hold and wait until the
cooling process has finished.
Access "DEMO" from "SETTINGS" and select
"Off".
Fill the drawer with clean water and then
run the cleaning/descale function. After the
process is completed, restart the descaling
process using the target solution with the
descaler and then carry out the process
again.
If error F8E8 still appears, contact the
nearest service center.
