15. Factory Reset

You can reset the "GX107" to factory settings.
Keep both buttons (RESET and S1) processed at once.
Release the RESET button and keep the S1 button pressed for another 10 seconds.
When the red LED flashes, all device settings are reset. Then the entire system programming
must be repeated (see chapter "First Steps")
Resetting to factory settings changes the "GX107"'s PIN code to "1513".
The PIN code of the SIM card is not changed!
If the PIN code of the "GX107" differs from that of the SIM card now, the red LED lights up (error).
For the SIM card to be usable again in the "GX107", you need to change the PIN as described
in chapter "Preparing the SIM Card".

16. Error Display

• Red LED (error)
The device's and SIM card's PIN numbers are different, the SIM card is not active or the SIM
card is inserted incorrectly (see chapter "Factory Reset")
• Battery condition indicator is lit in red and green
Check battery connection (plug connected correctly or mechanical damage).
Possible remedies: Remove and reconnect the battery plug.
