MODBUS
MODBUS RTU is used for internal communication between the unit (main PCB) and Dantherm
accessories (HAC, FPC or HCP11). Modbus RTU is connected via the RS485 port.
An external Building Management System (BMS) cannot be connected as Modbus RTU via
the RS485 connection or via Dantherm accessories (HAC, FPC, or HCP11).
Modbus TCP/IP: The Dantherm ventilation units are provided with the option to communicate
with Modbus TCP/IP via the Ethernet connection. This can be used for Building Management
Systems (BMS) or communication with smartphone apps.
The unit is equipped with 2 override inputs, also named digital inputs. These inputs can be
