Irregular Heartbeat Indicator
If the blood pressure monitor detects an irregular heart rhythm two or more times
during the measurement process, the irregular heart rhythm symbol "
on the screen with the measurement results. An irregular heart rhythm is defined as
a rhythm that is 25% slower or faster than the average rhythm detected during mea-
surement of systolic and diastolic blood pressures. Consult your doctor if the Irregular

Power Off
The "
" button can be pressed for more than 1 second to turn off the device in any
mode. The device may turn itself off after approximately 1 minute of inactivity in any
mode.
Safety Precaution: If pressure in the wrist cuff becomes too extreme while
testing, press the any one of "
off the unit. Beeping sounds are emitted. The cuff pressure will rapidly
dissipate once the unit is off.
