4. Sit in a quiet place, firmly resting on your chair, with your back supported, legs
uncrossed, your feet flat on the floor with the cuff at heart level. (See Figure D)
5. Press " " button for at least 2 seconds and release it to start the unit. Press the "
button again to start the measurement. (See Figure E)

Note:
The applied part of the ME equipment consists of the cuff which is in direct
contact with the patient's skin for a temporary use i.e. continuous usage up to less
than 60 minutes.
