2. Push the battery (13) into the char-
ging slot of the battery charger
(26).
3. Connect the battery charger (26) to
a power outlet.
4. After charging, disconnect the bat-
tery charger (26) from the mains.
5. Pull the battery (13) out of the bat-
tery charger (26).

Operation

Inserting and removing the
battery
 WARNING! Risk of injury due to
unintentional start-up. Only insert
the battery into the device once the
device is fully prepared for use.
NOTICE! Risk of damage! An incor-
rect battery can damage the device
and battery.
Inserting the battery
1. Push the battery (13) along the
guide into the battery holder (10).
You will hear the battery click into
place.
Removing the battery
1. Press and hold the battery release
(14) on the battery (13).
2. Pull the battery out of the battery
holder (10).

Switching on and off

Switching on
1. Use the function selection switch
(4) to select an operating mode.
2. Select the direction of rotation with
the rotation direction switch (6).
3. Select a gear with the gear se-
lector switch (5).
4. Use the torque adjustment ring (3)
to select a maximum speed.
5. Press and hold the On/off switch
(17).
The LED work light (15) lights up
during operation and approxim-
ately 10 seconds after you release
the On/Off switch (17).
Switching off
1. To turn it off, release the on/off
switch (17).
2. Wait until the power tool has
stopped before placing it down.
3. When taking a break: Set the dir-
ection of rotation switch (6) to the
centre. These safety measures
prevent accidentally starting the
power tool.
You can hang the tool on a belt us-
ing the belt clip (8). The belt clip
allows you to open bottles with
crown caps.
4. Remove the rechargeable bat-
tery (13) from the device if you are
leaving the device unattended or if
you have finished working.
